Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your place. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
2. Retreat Dates
All "Elevate" retreats must be attended within two (2) months of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All other retreats have a fixed date.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the retreat: 20% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be made for early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows.
4. Program Changes
We reserve the right to adjust the retreat program, schedule, activities, or facilitators if necessary. Any changes will be made with the intention of maintaining the quality and integrity of the retreat experience.
5. Travel & Transportation
Participants are fully responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own travel to and from Sarajevo Airport (unless otherwise agreed). We do not accept liability for travel delays, cancellations, or other disruptions outside of our control. Airport transfer from Sarajevo Airport to the retreat location is included in the retreat package.
6. Health & Wellbeing
By booking, you confirm that you are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate in the retreat. You are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions before attending. Our retreats are not a substitute for medical care, and we encourage participants to consult a licensed healthcare provider for any health concerns.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in the retreat is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or damage (direct or indirect) arising from your participation in the retreat, including travel to and from the event.
8. Intellectual Property
All retreat content, including practices, teachings, and written material, is protected by copyright. It may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
